REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the luxury brand bags being extremely sought after items for the counterfeiters, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the prodcuts leaves our store. Only exception is in the case of product defect, at which time the Customer has 7 days from the purchase date to request for a full refund or product to be replaced by calling our Customer Service at: 714) 249-7588. Customers are responsible for the freight costs of the return shipment to us. We recommend that you insure the products you are returning as SNS J GLOBAL US, INC. is not responsible for missing or undelivered products that are sent to you. Any refund due back to the customer will be made within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods, in the orginal form of payment.
